Park Improvement Plan

Overview

The Borough of Oceanport initiated the park master planning process in April of 2008, assisted by professional consultants. The goal is to provide Oceanport with a concise document that will guide the Borough in rehabilitating its existing parks and create new parks as well. To accomplish this goal many steps were taken, including an outreach program to solicit the input of Borough residents and user groups. These items were taken into consideration when determining what facilities were to be improved, removed or added to the parks.
