If you are a candidate and you have not already signed and notarized an Oath of Allegiance, please complete a Pledge of Allegiance.

Additionally, Executive Order 105 states “The verification requirements of N.J.S.A. 19:23-11, insofar as they are not included on the online form created by the Secretary of State, shall be suspended for petitions due by 4:00 p.m. on March 30, 2020.” Please be advised that the Affidavit of Circulator page does not need to be notarized. A circulator would still need to Print and Sign their name and include their address.
