 Public Hearing for Green Acres Project Funding Application - All-Inclusive Playground Equipment at Blackberry Bay Park

NOTICE is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comments on an application to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Green Acres Program. The public hearing meeting will be held during the Mayor & Council meeting being on Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Clement V. Sommers Municipal Building, 910 Oceanport Way, Oceanport, NJ 07757. The Borough of Oceanport desires to obtain Green Acres Program funds for new all-inclusive playground equipment and associated improvements at Blackberry Bay Park.  Anticipated proposed improvements include replacement of the playground at Blackberry Bay Park (440 Port Au Peck Ave; Block 20, Lot 1).
