REGISTRATION for "2023 ANNUAL TOWNWIDE YARD SALE"

DATES:  Last weekend in September - Sat. 9/23 & Sun. 9/24

RAIN DATE: First weekend in October - Sat. 9/30 & Sun. 10/1

(Only available if complete rainout of entire weekend)

PERMITTED HOURS:   9 AM to 6 PM

• Each Participant must register by using the form below.
• You determine if you want to hold on both days or just one day.
• Your address will be listed in a directory that will be available at the Municipal Building and Online.
• Participation in the town wide garage sale is exempt from the two garage sale permit per year restriction for the event.
• The Borough will provide advertisement in local newspapers directing to the website for list of participants.
• Late registrants may not be included in the listing; however, registration is still required to receive the exemption from Borough Code Chapter 301. Participants will then have their own garage/yard sale at their residence.

ONLY ONE (1) SIGN ADVERTISING SALE MAY BE PLACED AT THE FRONT OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THE SALE IS LOCATED
